I went from 173 to 165 just changing my diet over coure of 8 weeks. I am interested in implementing the 40/40/20 diet, but what about the days I do… Does anyone have suggestions to building a meal plan to fit a 40 40 20 macro diet? Some templates that fit a 1800 and 1400 calorie limit? It's been very difficult for me to find the right resources to find something I can do everyday without having to cook multiple times a day.
